SHIPPING TO UK
What delivery options do I have?
| Royal Mail Second Class Delivery (standard delivery) | 3-5 working days | £4.50 per order (free on orders over £60) to all mainland UK addresses |
| Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery | 1-2 working days | £5.95 per order |
| Next Working Day* delivery service for orders placed before 2pm | Next working day (order before 2pm) | £8.00 per order (a signature will be required for these parcels) |
| Saturday delivery** | Next Saturday (order before 2pm) | £10.00per order (a signature will be required for these parcels) |
*If you select Next Working Day Delivery, your order placed after 2pm on a Thursday or before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
**If you select Saturday Delivery, your order will be delivered on Saturday providing your order was placed before 2pm on Friday. If you place your order after 2pm on Friday, your order will be delivered on the following Saturday.
Please note, we are unable to offer Next Working Day delivery and Saturday delivery service for the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. Other selected postcodes may also be excluded from this service. Deliveries to the Isle of Man are £15.00 per order.
SHIPPING TO IRELAND
Our standard delivery to Ireland usually takes 3–5 working days and costs €6 per order; or it’s free when you spend over €70.
All import taxes and duties are paid by Muddy Puddles.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns policy to orders placed outside the UK. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE
We currently ship to a wide range of European countries, which are divided into two delivery zones:
Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain)
· €6 delivery fee for orders under €800
· €50 delivery fee for orders over €800
Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden)
· €15 delivery fee for orders under €800
· €70 delivery fee for orders over €800
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, so you’ll always see the exact charge before placing your order.

SHIPPING TO THE USA
Our standard delivery charge to the USA is $50 for orders under $800, and $180 for orders above $800.
All USA orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout—so there are no additional charges on delivery.

SHIPPING TO REST OF THE WORLD
Our delivery charge to the Rest of the World is £50 for orders under £800 and £150 for larger orders over £800.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout—so there are no additional charges on delivery.
