Wonderful Welsh Surroundings, Discover Parc le BreosFebruary 1, 2017 • Events
For our next series of Muddy Events we’re taking our engaging nature craft activities, super science challenges and fantastic outdoor fun to Swansea! It’s our first time there and we cannot wait to check out some wonderful Welsh surroundings.
Our event will take place at Parc le Breos, a former medieval deer park which is located in the south of Gower and is just 8 miles from Swansea City Centre. This is an incredible nature space which is will perfect for our wild loving families to explore.
One extra special feature of Parc-le-Breos is the The Cathole Cave! Creating a spectacular natural tringle shape, the “Parc le Breos Cwm Valley” is great spot for an adventure. What wild items will you find?
Parc-le-Breos is a beautiful setting, with large areas of woodland and great open grass space; it’s a wonderful place for all kinds of awesome adventures. The site has the added bonus of not being classified as ‘greenfield’. Therefore across the site there’s plenty of fallen wood and leaves to scavenge for, providing perfect materials for our outdoor science challenges.
After your woodland wander, take a seat on a nearby bench and get stuck in to our nature craft activities. These should make ideal easels for espescially arts explorers…who will be the top Kings and Queens of the wild?
