Sunshine Orange Smoothie
  • Serves 4
  • Prep time: 5 Minutes
Method:
  • Add the coconut water then the rest of the ingredients to a blender and whiz on high for at least 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into cups and serve.
Ingredients:
  • 400ml coconut water or cold water
  • 100ml orange juice or juice of 1 orange
  • 200g mango, diced
  • 150g carrots, sliced into 1cm pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional) Handful of ice cubes

Purple Smoothie
  • Serves 4
  • Prep time: 5 Minutes
Method:
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz on high for at least 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into cups and serve.
Ingredients:
  • 400ml coconut water or cold water
  • 1 banana, thickly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 300g blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional) Handful of ice cubes
Green Smoothie
  • Serves 4
  • Prep time: 5 Minutes
Method:
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz on high for at least 1½ minutes or until smooth. Blend the spinach in batches if it doesn’t fit in the blender all at once. Pour into cups and serve.
Ingredients:
  • 250ml coconut water or cold water
  • 200g spinach
  • 150ml apple juice
  • 1 banana, thickly sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional) Handful of ice cubes
