Delivery & Returns

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 per order to all U.K mainland addresses via Royal Mail Second Class. This is only charged once for each order.

Additionally we offer a Next Working Day delivery service for orders placed before midday at a cost of £8.00 per order A signature will be required for these parcels and will delivered between the hours of 9am - 5pm (approx).

Straight forward ordering and payment over the phone with helpful and friendly staff. Told the parcel would arrive following day which surprised me. It didn't arrive that quickly (ie 3 days later) which I would have expected anyway after reading the delivery info. Muddy Puddle products are good quality and reasonably priced. Thank you
