Yes. As long as the product has not been used or damaged you may return the item for a full refund. Simply request a return via your online account or fill in the paperwork you received with delivery and send the product back to our freepost address.

When will I receive my order?
If you chose our standard delivery method, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day using Royal Mail second class delivery. Orders should be received within 5-6 working days.
We offer 2 delivery options. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. They are dispatched same day to ensure you receive them the very next day. If you order before 2pm on a Friday your order will be delivered the next Monday.

If I order on a Saturday and select Next Working Day delivery, will my order arrive on Monday?
Unfortunately no. As we do not dispatch items on a Saturday, any orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If I am ordering as a present, is it possible for the order to be sent to an address other than the billing address?
Of Course! At stage 2 of the checkout process when choosing the delivery method, simply click ‘Change Delivery Address’ and enter the required address – whilst leaving the billing address as set up in your account.

Do Muddy Puddles products come up 'big'?
Our children’s clothes are designed to allow room for growth and our dualsizing will comfortably fit the greater size.Eg. 3-4 years would be towards a 4 year size so there is no need to buy a larger size.
We know that most parent will add layers underneath their waterproofs, so with this in mind our Originals sizing is generous. This will also allow your child room to grow and is also a money saver at the same time.

What are the differences between Originals and PuddlePac?
Both products are water and wind proof as well as breathable. The main difference is the fabric, the PuddlePac fabric is made of Nylon and is PU coated but it is lighter in weight and is also fully lined. It also offers the 'pack away' solution. The originals range is also nylon with a PU coating but heavier fabric and is practically designed, so no pockets and an easy no fuss styling solution. Both styles offer the same rate of durability.
