Shipping And Handling
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 per order to all U.K mainland addresses via Royal Mail Second Class. This is only charged once for each order.
Additionally we offer a Next Working Day delivery service for orders placed before midday at a cost of £8.00 per order A signature will be required for these parcels and will delivered between the hours of 9am - 5pm (approx).
As we have no Saturday delivery, an order placed after midday on a Thursday or before midday on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Please note, we are unable to offer this service for the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland.
Our delivery charge to countries within the EU is £8.00 per order. This is only charged once for each order.

Shipping to Ireland (EIRE)
We can ship to Ireland for £8.00 per order which will normally be despatched within 24 hours and should arrive within 5-6 working days. Please note that we do not offer a free returns policy to orders placed outside the UK. This does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and
click on any items that you wish to buy. this puts them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout
Now" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Free Gift
If your order total is £70 or more (excluding shipping charges) we will automatically place a free gift into your shopping basket.

We accept credit/debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the U.K. place your order in British Pounds Sterling and your credit card company
will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Delivery Schedule
Muddy Puddles are proud of our uncommonly fast delivery service. For
UK orders, your goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours and
should arrive within 5-6 days.
Out of Stock items
If your order contains out of stock items, we will endeavour to send the available items immediately and advise you of expected dates of the out of stock item. We will only charge upon despatch, and will only charge once for shipping on each order.
If your item is not in stock, we will not charge until we are able to send it to you.
Tax Charges
Tax Charges All prices include 15% VAT where applicable and
this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union. For orders
originating outside the EU, this amount will be deducted from the

Guarantee

some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return goods in
a good as new condition for exchange or a full refund. This does

Returns Policy
It is free to return an item to Muddy Puddles! If for any reason
you are not happy with any Muddy Puddles merchandise, just send it
back unused in its original packing for an exchange or
